Terms of Service
Last updated: June 3, 2026
These terms govern your use of Orvix Meta Ads MCP(the “Service”), an MCP server that connects an AI assistant to the Meta Marketing API. By connecting to the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
The Service lets you manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad accounts through an AI client such as Claude — reading accounts, campaigns, and insights, and performing write actions you confirm.
2. Eligibility & authorization
You must own, or be authorized to manage, the Meta ad accounts you connect. By logging in with Facebook and granting permissions, you authorize Orvix to call the Meta Marketing API on your behalf using the token you grant, only to carry out the actions you request.
3. Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all actions taken through the Service, including advertising spend. Write actions — pausing, resuming, changing budgets, and creating campaigns, ad sets, or ads — affect live campaigns and real money. The Service provides safeguards (dry-run previews, an explicit confirmation step, and a default-paused state for newly created objects), but you are responsible for reviewing and confirming every change. You are also responsible for the content and legality of the ads you run.
4. Acceptable use
You must comply with the Meta Platform Terms, Meta’s advertising policies, and all applicable laws. You may not abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is”and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, or that data returned from the Meta API is accurate or complete.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orvix is not liable for any advertising spend, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service acts only on the instructions you confirm.
7. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking access in Facebook and removing the connector. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or Meta’s policies.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above will change accordingly. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
